Please bear with us while we sort out a suitable collection time as this requires a lovely volunteer to come and meet you with the key and the bike battery.  Pick up appointments should last no more than 30 mins.  Please tell us your preferred pick up and drop off times in the reservation request notes and we will do our best to accommodate.  Rest assured we will call you to arrange beforehand anyway, so we will be able to find a time that suits everyone!
